not always easy to remember…so here’s a good reminder
just made some juice for dinner…it did not work out. NOT tasty. I don’t know what the wrong element was…but I am having serious trouble getting through a glass…I would blame it on the kale…but that nastiness yields hardly any juice. SIGH. Hope I don’t vomit.
So…I felt stupid putting up pics of juice…because for the most part…it all looks the same. So here’s a recipe for the best breakfast juice I have made yet….omg it was so delicious
Orange Colored Sky
3 oranges
1 apple
half a pineapple
small, about one-inch piece of ginger
2 carrots
it is soooo good!
I treated you all together poorly in cinci. I know you did not like that bbq hamburger and fries or beer or fried cheese balls or cheese puffs for that matter. please forgive me so I may move on with my juicing routine tomorrow. amen.
totally not juicing…wasn’t gonna bring my juicer with me for the drive. however…hopefully healthy choices will be made.
OK it’s Friday and since the weather has been so wonderfully fall-like…I was feeling inspired. My breakfast today was Strawberry Ginger Apple Cider
Strawberry Ginger Apple Cider:
half a carton of strawberries
3 apples
1 one-inch piece of ginger
dash of all-spice
so yummy! It makes about 10 ounces of juice. And it’s tasty!
