We are a couple of students, coming to the end of our college careers, who have decided adapt a healthier lifestyle. Hopefully, by sharing our experiences, more people our age will feel motivated and comfortable with adapting similar habits. We will show that being healthy and in college does not mean sacrificing fun or flavor and we are doing our best to marry the two! The Paleo Diet is our diet of choice and we wish to inspire other with our recipes, ideas, and stories.

So…I felt stupid putting up pics of juice…because for the most part…it all looks the same. So here’s a recipe for the best breakfast juice I have made yet….omg it was so delicious
Orange Colored Sky
3 oranges
1 apple
half a pineapple
small, about one-inch piece of ginger
2 carrots
it is soooo good!
